Email support@bklug.ai. Include your myshopify domain and, if the question is about a particular audit, the date it ran. We answer in English, Portuguese and Spanish.
What the app reads
Store policies, Online Store pages, shipping and delivery profiles, metaobjects, markets and languages. You choose which of them to include before each audit.
It never reads products, orders or customers, and it never writes anything back to your store.
Pricing
The first audit for a store is $49, and each later audit is $19. Monitoring is a separate subscription: $9 a month for a monthly re-check, or $19 a month for a weekly one. Both are billed monthly through Shopify.
Cancelling monitoring keeps the checks you have already paid for until the end of that period, and every report produced while it was active stays downloadable.
Languages
The app, its reports and its emails follow the language of your Shopify admin: English, German, Spanish, French, Italian, Dutch, Polish, Brazilian Portuguese or European Portuguese. You can pick a different one at the bottom of the app's home screen.
Quotations from your own pages are always left in the language they were written in, so you can check a finding against the page it came from.
